"Paid $5,500.00 out of pocket for ceramic braces before I had kids. During covid my teeth started shifting and I was using my metal retainer. It ended up braking. I called to get another and they were closed. My front gap was opening up. When they finally opened I had a small gap and they said it could not be fixed with my metal hawley retainer which is a complete lie. When they took my braces off I had a small gap and they adjusted the metal retainer to close it completely. They wanted me to pay another full $5,500.00 to do it all over again. I'm going somewhere else. They are completely trying to take advantage of me! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!"

"I was traveling and my ortho needed a 3D scan urgently to make sure that my treatment plan was on track. My ortho spoke with Dr. Rigali who very kindly agreed to help us out, and got me in for a scan right away, despite the fact that they were over booked because several key staff people were out sick. The people in the office were lovely, calm and very professional. the office itself is a pleasant and modern environment. Really nice people, and very professional. One suggestion is that they should mention that they do MSE II treatments. It's cutting edge stuff, and there are patients out there looking for providers to do it. I didn't see any mention of it on the website, but talking to one of the staff I found out that they use them."
