"Great service, excellent dentists. However, the billing department repeatedly assured me verbally (over the phone and in person) that I was covered and in network. Going so far as to request all of my insurance information (group #, id, etc) and to tell me they checked with my insurance and that I was covered for additional services. Then when my insurance refused to cover anything, they slapped me with the whole bill, told me I never provided my insurance (despite them billing said insurance), and threatened to cancel my upcoming dental work if I didn't pay up immediately. They have been unhelpful and take weeks to respond to anything. It breaks my heart to say I will not be returning. My teeth hurt."
