"Dr. Teddy and the team at Florence Dental are the best. I started there earlier in the year and have had 3 visits with Dr. Teddy and 1 visit with the dental hygienist, Brooke- all were fantastic. "I had a very mixed experience with this dental office. The front desk was great and I LOVED my dental hygienist Sarah (hands down the best hygienist I’ve ever had) who was super thorough, kind and efficient. I can not say the same for my experience otherwise. The main dentist I saw was clearly smart and skilled, but had no bedside manner and was extremely short with not only me but also the hygienists and assistants. On more than one occasion he did not even acknowledge my presence, just began work and was easily frustrated by questions. I don’t know if there are behind the scenes reasons that explain this, but as a patient, it made for a very uncomfortable environment for someone who has no dental anxiety. I’ve switched to a new dentist office for this reason. I hope this feedback helps to improve your patient care."
