"Great spot in the west end. I go here typically on the weekends for a quick breakfast and a coffee, the baked goods are amazing! The staff is really friendly and the minimalist but warm atmosphere is very welcoming."

"These are the best croissants I have ever had, and I have eaten (too) many croissants in many different places, including Portland. They are perfectly buttery, perfectly flaky, and the fillings are top notch. You can't go wrong with any of them, but the ham+cheese and pain au chocolat are my personal favorites. This is the only place I've found in the US where the chocolate tastes like it does in Europe. Get there right at 9am to ensure you get a warm croissant right out of the oven."

"Simply the best chocolate croissants and croissants in Portland and probably on the entire East Coast. I grew up in Paris and their chocolate croissants are some of the best ones I've ever had. Their bread is great as well. They have good and friendly service! Fair warning, they do run out of items fairly quickly and are on the pricier side but it is 100% worth it."

"As a german person living in America this is the best bakery I have ever been to. The pastries are delicious, crunchy, and just beautifully made. However the picture of the slice of the bread should be enough for anyone to go and buy their bread needs from here. You can’t find a better, healthy and delicious bread. "Had their ham and cheese croissant this morning— it was lovely. It wasn’t heavy but still had a lot of flavor, there was plenty of ham and cheese, it was well priced, and the bakery was on a quiet street near the water and Portland Bridge. We ate on a bench just outside. It was, again, lovely. It reminded me of my recent trip to Europe."
