"If I could give zero stars I would I went into the store to try on a pair of Yeezy slippers and then he said we couldn’t try them on so I then asked where the shoes were from and if they came from a reliable place and he started yelling and threatening to fight my husband as we walk out of the store he follows us out and shoves my husband threatening to go outside and fight. I would not recommend going here he is extremely rude and according to mall security it is not the first time he has been aggressive and rude towards customers."

"Avoid this place!!! The store reeks of toxic chemicals and the owner is VERY RUDE. When I walked away from not buying a tiny zipper tab that was overpriced at $15, he said, "What's the issue?" I said, "It's not worth $15." He became belligerent and tried to bully me into purchasing something that's worth less than a dollar. He has zero customer service skills. STAY AWAY!!! (Amazon sells a 12-piece zipper replacement pack for $9.99. This guy wanted $15 for one or $25 for two.) Unbelievable!!!"

"Tried shoes, didn't like. I brought it back to return them but person was Too RUDE refusing to accept them back and reimburse the money. After an argument he finally gave money back. But really poor behavior. I'll Never buy anything there."

Bought my father's Christmas present there, a pair of boots, I specifically asked what the procedure would be if the pair of boots didn't fit my father, he said I could go back and exchange with no problem. Went there today to exchange for a different size, he not only didn't have the size I needed but he also didn't want to give me my money back!! This guy is an idiot, Doesn't know how to run a business and treat his clients with respect!! How can I not get my money back, with the receipt in hand??? He claimed that it was "final sale", which is complete bull crap...I left the store with the wrong size boots and he also cussed me out in front of his other clients."
