"Had an oil change Jan 6, 24. Staff acted rudely towards every customer I saw, was uncommunicative, and to top it off broke the latch on my center arm rest and just left it there, didn't even tell me. Receipt says they washed the windows but they sure didn't look like it, doubt other filters were checked either. I've been to ok jiffy lubes, I won't return here."

"I will not recommend this Jiffy Lube. The simple synthetic oil change caused me $116 which I don't mind but not worth the price to be treated so rudely. At the time driving my car to the front of the door while I was still inside the car, I was asked what service needed, I told him just oil change. One guy told me $106, then ask me if I want to do it? I said yes. Then the other guy say something so abruptly that I cannot hear clearly. I wasn't sure what is the purpose and scared with the attitude he treated me. I have to kindly ask what to do. Turned out be he want me to get out of the car. This place the technician will drive the car into the bay unlike other places that customer driving in. The attitude to me is like I just did something serious wrong because I didn't hear his direction clearly. When check out, the price went up to $116, $10 above the quota. I asked the reason for that. I was scolded that I should be able to see those charges on the receipt. Turn out to be shop clean/dispose fee + tax. Based on the receipt, I supposed to have interior vacuum and exterior window clean, on the receipt it says "declined", but I was never asked but paid for."
