"Great staff and service! One star less than the perfect score for the fact that I never receive a call from them when the service is complete and I have waited well over the scheduled time only to enquire in the front desk that my service has been completed much earlier."

"To preface, this work was done at the end of last July but work I had done yesterday made me wonder about this service. Scheduling was easy. Called and told them I could drop off earlier and they said that was good with them. Dropped off. In for general inspection and alignment. Never got a call saying it's done. Went back. They couldn't find my truck (although they told me upon arrival it was done), running around trying to find the guy who "worked" on it. 10 minutes later finally found it. No notes, no specs but the guys said "it was all good". I figured since they were busy I'd trust them. I just changed my lower control arms and found that both camber and caster bolts have been seized and an alignment couldn't have been performed... Local shop says they looked seized for a long time. I paid $250 to which I'm pretty sure I just paid to park my truck there. Learn a lesson from me and before you pick up and pay, make sure you get all mechanical paperwork and check the work. Maybe they did do it, maybe they didn't but honestly not impressed. At least tell me sorry, we couldn't get to it in time."

"They renovated their waiting lounge recently, and wow it looks amazing. It looks like a coworking space, complete with free bottled drinks and "pocket rooms" to take calls/meetings from. The space has plenty of sockets and even has a coffee machine. The service is also great. The staff members are friendly and communicate well enough. 5stars. Can't wait to be back."

"I attended a conference in Boston in July and my Toyota broke down while we were there. We had to have it towed. It turned out to be a battery issue but I was also told that all four tires needed new brake pads and rotors. I was confused because I had it checked before I left to Boston. I only had the front brakes repaired. When I got home, I took it to my local dealer. My rear brakes and rotors were fine. I feel completely taken advantage of! I probably spent and additional $600 there for no reason."

"When others couldn’t, Kamel and his team did! These guys are amazing, late on a Saturday evening got my tire replaced, balanced and installed. Excellent service thanks to Kamel. You have gain one extremely happy customer."
