"This is by far the best place I’ve ever taken my car to get serviced. I received a recommendation to go here and will never go anywhere else from now on. My car was stuck for over a month at a dealership because they apparently couldn't get the part I needed, they were no help whatsoever, and quoted me wayy higher than what I ended up paying at express tire. I called Darren and he told me he could get the part and get my car back to me asap. So I got it towed to him and had my car back in a few days - after not having it for over a month because of the other place. Lisa was unbelievably helpful, so kind, and so diligent with calling me and updating me. Best customer service and best work I’ve ever experienced. Will go back every time I need it."

"I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. You never want your air pressure light to come on, but especially not when you're 4 hours from home and about to leave on the long trip back. So when I stepped in 15 minuters before they close I wasn't sure what kind of a reception I would get. I was immediately greeted by Darren who assured me they would be happy to check my tires. My tires were checked and while that took place, Darren, Megan and Lisa treated me like I was an old friend. Great customer service is when a customer receives great care. Exceptional customer service is when someone who may never be a customer receives great care. If you are lucky enough to live near Express Tire definitely make this the place to bring your car!"
