"Paid cash for a mercedes s class that was advertised with 152000 miles and when I arrived to buy the car it had 157000 miles on it, they had to bring the title to my house the following day because no one could find the title, transmission went on the car after driving it 2 days was told that they only warrant the car for 1 week,also told them that car had been sitting in my garage because was waiting on registration and I had to buy tires because car had 4 different kind of tires also the car was dirty and I had to wash the car myself when I arrived. Don't buy a car from this place, they rude and are no help after u purchase the car"

"Drove from New York to purchase a car there. Was told I could swipe my debit card. I get there and there is no machine to swipe my card. He rudely tells me there is nothing to do to help and asks me to leave because they are closing. I come back with cash the next day, buy the car in full and he sells me a car I can't legally register in new York state because something is wrong with the title. Then refuses to give me my money back so I had to get lawyers involved"

"Very disappointed with the service & condition of the vehicles for sale. Dirty, scratches and dents on the paint. The vehicle I went to see was missing a door check stop, I damaged the fender when I opened the passenger door. Sales person kept answering his phone while showing me vehicles."
