"Brought my car here for a inspection. They failed my car and listed a bunch of reasons why. They said lights were out and my high beams were pointed too far up. Brought my car to my regular mechanic and showed them the report and they said my car was fine. The lights that they told me were out weren't actually out and my regular mechanic showed me that my high beams were also fine. Paid my regular mechanic to do an inspection the same day and my car passed (just had to get a new tire). They just want your money. I will never bring my car back"

"Best customer service ever. I brought my Jeep Cherokee in May for an oil change and noticed some minor oil leaks after the change. I called up and they fit me in next day. Found out the oil filter was bad. They replaced the filter and did an oil change free of charge. Even replaced the gasket for the drip pan, as there was a small leak there too. They noticed my inspection was up this month and took car of that for me and I only paid for the inspection. Lisa is the best and always pleasant to speak with. We’ve been bringing our vehicles to Pro Auto since we moved into the area and will continue to do so. I’d recommend them to anyone!"
