"Bring in dead battery charged twice I have receipt in hand battery under warranty still won't replace battery have to sit here another 45 minutes for them to try to charge again. What about my time sitting here I just want what I paid for. They tell me it's there procedure to waste my time. I won't be back here"

"This place sell batterys that die with in a month. Employee states yea we only sell these to people flipping a car. Because they die with in 30 days. So you knowingly scam people.."

"First time there and the woman who tried to take my battery off couldn't do it. She had to keep asking for help. Then a guy came out and it didn't take long at all. Nothing about women working on cars because I usually do it myself but she was clueless, teach them or get someone who knows what they are doing, please. I had surgery so I couldn't help."

"Very poor quality parts, I bought 4 lifetime warranty brake calipers, of the four only two were good upon instalation two of them leaked and had to be returned. IMO. Auto Zone quality is way better. Being a certified Nissan Master Technician and certified ASE. Mastertech fo 38 years I know what in talking about. IMO. Autozone blows them away for part quality as well as their great knolegable counter help!! Wont go back to Advanced Auto Parts again, that seriously bad experience was enough for me!!! Just my take on it."

"3 store employees insisted the part would be in at 230, first the shipment was late, then my part wasn't in it. After looking at my order they said because of where it was ordered from it would not be in that day! Rather than offering assistance the Store MANAGER went and hid!!! Unbelievable. Do not go to this place, they do not know what they are doing!"
