"The staff is always pleasant. Sweet. Even though I've only stopped here a few times. I pass by here everyday on the way to work. But I have been to other locations in the past when I was out on the road. They do have plenty of ice coffee flavor options (I'm a ice coffee person), but it's not bold enough and they all taste like it's mixed with caramel or hazelnut flavoring. They have all of their ice coffee's sit out at room temperature so once it pours over the ice there's no ice left. I've worked in the barista industry (not that much long ago) when I was like 15-25 years old from chains to corporate settings. Even worked for Dunkins for several years. Which is so advance now. I think Mary Lou needs a new system to their ice coffee program from brewing to keeping it in a fridge that dispenses the coffee. Most coffee establishments whether it's chain or corporate invest in a lot of technology to improve their products. It's just not having a bunch of pink and decor. Everything seems so cluttered. That kind of style has been outdated for awhile now. Home vibe just doesn't work anymore. People like things minimal. I have never tried their food items but it looks good. The atmosphere is clean, spacious inside a gas station, there are public restrooms, and there's ample parking. People go in and out very fast. Again, staff is pleasant. It's always quiet the times I do get coffee. I'll continue to stop by when I can."

"A great coffee shop with a TON of flavour options. Pretty fast to get in and out and pricing is comparable to other big coffee chains! They offer many other fun drinks options other than coffee, and have a good variety of baked goods and food items"

"I usually stop here on my way to work and the workers are always so friendly! I usually get a coffee which is always great and sometimes a bakery item like a muffin or donut which is also always good! Definitely a great place to stop and grab something quick!"

"Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Mary Lou's, BUT.... the hot "pumpkin" (didn't taste like pumpkin) coffee was bitter. There were 2 people behind the counter. The mgr disappeared while the other one was scrambling to take, and, fill orders."
