Upon my visit I was greeted at the door by Clinton Gerrish. He was so very helpful in finding me my new vehicle and help me get out of my current lease. "CUSTOMER SERVICE, that can't be Beat!! Service Manager Mike A. always treats me like Family & my GMC Denali like it's his own! When I need to see him it's usually due to an unfortunate situation other than scheduled maintenance. Somehow; Mike always assures me that my vehicle is in good hands and not to worry. As usual I get the call in a reasonable amount of time, letting me know that my truck is all set and ready for pick up. When I arrive he thoroughly goes over everything top to bottom.. "Honestly terrible… not only did I get my truck back without it even being cleared that it had gotten an oil change still saying it needed one and I wasn’t gonna say anything until I just noticed that my window washer fluid is flashing low too. I have brought my truck continuously since I bought it brand new almost 2 years ago for any type of service it needs right from this dealer I bought it from.. and for 91 dollars an oil change with a 20 dollar customer appreciation added on. Ridiculous that after buying a very expensive truck I can’t even get 100% service"
