"Talk about wait times. Wow. 15 minutes for a coffee with 3 people in front of me. What happens to actual real workers? Before Covid it wasn’t like this now everything is subpar quality and itiyou have to wait for less than great service. The quality of food and coffee is rushed despite the ridiculous amount of time waiting. Why are things like this? Please get better. Hire people who actual desire to work not just a body filling a spot and collecting a check with the minimum amount of effort is applied and they messed up my coff e but forget waiting again. This is Dunkin’ Burger King is harder than this."

"I’m so tired of ordering drinks that don’t get filled and it’s a constant argument with the workers that say there’s nothing they can do. I just ordered an extra large and there about two inches of space left in the cup. If I order an XL, I want an XL. Not an XL cup with only the amount of a large or medium. The picture below is what I received. I had not even drank from it yet."
"Ordered a small hot cappuccino in the drive thru. Got home and this is how much came in the cup even though i paid full price. If you can't tell from the picture, it is less then half full. This is the second time in not so long a span that this has happened.Will never get drinks from this location ever again."
