"Terrible experience. Do not order in person. Starbucks should give the employees the option for them to turn off mobile orders because this shop was clearly overwhelmed by that and the drive through. I never got my order after ordering in person and had to go up and ask again. I waited another ten minutes before finally getting my order which was not right. They did give me a $4 gift card which I appreciate but honestly would have rather just got my money back."
