"2 ladies that made my coffee horrible! We paid for a good coffee! I come into this DD all the time on 3rd shift. And early this morning around 1 20 am my coffee was not fresh and it was so damn strong. I am not happy! I can’t not wait for this young lady who always makes my coffee come back. She has the colorful hair on 3rd shift never knew her name but she always make my coffee good and fresh. If she not there I am not going there ever!"
"My coffee is fine. But more than once I’ve gotten loads of attitude from the staff. The young girls working there will snap at the customer and talk to you like you’re annoying or bothering them. This morning my bf went in to pickup our online order, his coffee was ready and they were still making mine. They set my coffee down on the counter and my bf said ‘I think that’s mine’ and the girl snapped back with ‘no’ he stated again that he thinks that’s his and she snapped back with ‘it’s an order for Mike’ and he replied ‘I am Mike’ and she goes ‘well take it then’. It is barely 9am, you can not be working with coffee in the morning and shoot tons of attitude towards your customers. Absolutely awful service. I’ve been going to this dunkin for years and I’ll never go back now."

"Some of the people working here are just completely disrespectful. They have no compassion for anyone other than themselves. The long haired kid working the window is incredibly rude. This morning they handed my mom a coffee without the lid on and it spilt all over her and completely burnt her. Him and his other coworkers stood there doing completely nothing. NOT ONE APOLOGY AND COULDN’T EVEN GIVE HER NAPKINS. My mom had to ask for her own napkins which is unbelievable. The lady manger stood there doing completely nothing. This is a poor excuse for a dunkin and they have poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!"
"Stopped by for my first frozen pumpkin coffee of the season. Drink and old fashioned doughnut were perfect. Staff is always friendly and accurate with my drive up order."
