Taco Bell

"First time back to Taco Bell in a couple of months. It's Taco Bell, we know what to expect. But the tacos were a lot skimpier than our last visit and the lettuce didn't seem very fresh. This has been a less expensive alternative to a "better" Mexican restaurant but at least for the foreseeable future we'll be going to a more upscale place when we want Mexican. Update from January 2024- This will definitely be my last stop at Taco Bell. I stopped and got 2 of the 3 taco combos to bring home for lunch, knowing of course " Taco Bell fast food, not a 5 star Mexican restaurant". My wife's soft taco combo was similar to the review above, skimpy but fairly palatable. My crunchy taco combo, however, is an entirely different story. First of all, extra skimpy, meat, cheese and lettuce barely there. Secondly, the shells were all stuck to the wrapper and broken. But the real kicker was the taco sauce. Got the Diablo hot sauce, which I have had numerous times. First taco tastes okay. Second taco I'm wondering why it tastes like pineapple. So I tear open another packet of the hot sauce and it tastes like pineapple and something bad. Obviously these packets are extremely old, been exposed to adverse conditions, or something else that made them spoil. Sorry, but after this experience I will not be going back to Taco Bell."

"Thought maybe it was a one time thing, but every time we come here, we're waiting at least 5-10 minutes minimum at the window just for food or drinks to come out. The food is good, but takes a bit of time to be in and out."

"The line for the drive thru was wrapped around the building and into the street. I tried to order on the app but the total shown was more than the total of items ordered. The prices for the frozen drinks are so over-priced. Apparently, they're 3.79 for the regular size unless you go during happy hour when they're $1 each. The drink is so small for 3.79! I will not be back anytime soon."

"So after my fiancé made a purchase and leaving the premises, our drinks spilled all over the car. I go back and go back in to clean the cups off and refill them. The lady behind the counter was sooooo rude to me! She said I can’t wash my old Taco Bell cups here and I explained that I spilled my drinks and she sat and stared at me and continued to sit there and say I couldn’t do that. She then tried to walk back to get her manager and at this point I was upset and just walked out. was forced to go to another establishment and explain what happened and fill my drinks at a different location. Didn’t even ask for a receipt or really care at all. Please tell your staff not to be rude to customers and accuse them of lying when I clearly had sticky soda cups from spilling them. I’m very unhappy with the way I was treated and to have to go to another location that was out of the way to get my cups refilled. I will be writing a letter to corporate."

"The operational model at this location prioritizes the drive thru, online orders, grub hub, uber eats, etc, over customers that want dine in their restaurant. It is very deceiving to see plenty of parking spaces, to enter the restaurant, to see one customer, and then have to wait 8 minutes to place an order. Then, wait 40 minutes to receive the meal. This is not acceptable for a "fast food" restaurant. This is in Coventry RI."
