"I ordered Shrimp Pad Thai. All the noodles were chopped up in little pieces and it was dry. I called to tell someone how disappointing it was. After I told a female employee she transfered me to a male employee. He said some restaurants do it different than others. I told him I had ordered it last week from them and it was perfect. He repeated that some places do it different than others. He could care less about whether I was disappointed or not. I told him to never mind I won't be going back there, he said "OK" and Hung Up. Lousy customer service and management."

"Great food. Primarily get sushi. Great service, friendly waitstaff and bartenders. Plenty of parking available. Drinks are good, not too strong that they’re not drinkable."

"We ordered food for takeout and waited an hour to pick it up. When we picked it up they confirmed what was in the order. Once we got home it was missed my entire entree… when we called back and asked if they could deliver it so at least my partners food wouldn’t get cold they said they don’t deliver. They said they could refund the entire order or make it and have us pick it up. My partner asked them to remake it but I told him it was not worth it for us to drive back, so I called them back 1 minute later to say please just refund us and they said they could give us a credit to the store for the one entree.. when previously they stated they would refund the entire order…. The manager was short and rude. Now I have a credit for an entree that I will never use because this place has zero understanding of good customer service and I’m still starving. Thanks for nothing, no good at all! After looking at reviews I might have dodged a bullet."

"My first experience here wasn't nearly as good as my second. I am really glad with my decision to try them once again. It was night and day. First time, ordered the scorpion bowl. Recirved an ice cube in the shot spot. It was corrected however the drink was very weak. Overall service was sub par and the server only let us know she was short handed and only made excuses for the poor service. The scallops were very fishy and dry as well.Tonight's service was exceptional and the drink was on par as well. Food was fantastic and the service was even better. Was brought extra sauces as well. To the gentleman that served tonight, Thanks for your efforts. Keep doing what you're doing."

"Awesome food. They were closed for a few days in September but they are back open and cooking up great food."
