"Home for the holidays and was eager to try this place (I always liked the former tenants in this spot, Cake Bar and Cafe Dolce). This is a rather Euro-style cafe, with sandwiches prepared and displayed to be heated or taken home. I loved the Mediterranean chicken sandwich and dirty chai! I sat right at the bar. The barista and cashier were very friendly. Cocktails are also available and I'm eager to try them another time. It was a pleasant experience and welcome addition to downtown Franklin. I was happy to see how popular this place is at lunchtime."

"Food is great, atmosphere is great, the service and set up needs a lot of work. Based off 2 visits now I find that it’s nearly impossible when you walk in to know A) where to go to order and B) where to pick up food. You stand in line at the pastry case and there are 3 people standing behind the case who can’t help you order breakfast items such as sandwiches or eggs, etc. You have to wait until get to the register to order those items so essentially you have 3 people standing behind the pastry case not doing anything while 5-10 people stand in line to wait to get to the one person who can help them order hot food items. Could be easily fixed with one more screen setup near the bakery case for another employee to offset the wait."

"Absolutely love having this independent and locally owned gem in Franklin. So refreshing amongst the chain coffee shops scattered around town. Food is fresh & delicious and the staff are warm, inviting and lovely. The freshly baked goods are indulgent and they keep tempting my sweet tooth with a rotating cast of new dessert/pastry items. What a wonderful escape to do some remote morning work on their their patio accompanied by a breakfast sandwich (try the cheddar chive biscuit) and a perfectly made espresso drink."

"Atmosphere is cute and chic, always been warmly greeted :) I have had the bacon, scrambled egg on the biscuit and come hungry for that one as it’s heavy but yummy! Today I got the classic bacon, fried egg on the sour dough bread and it was tasty and love a good runny egg for the win! Hot coffee = good roast Ice Americano with hazelnut = good way to start your day when ya need the will to live on a sleepy morning haha I enjoy the espresso and water ratio (I prefer less water and more espresso for taste)"
