"This is no longer a coffee shop... it is now a pick-up location ONLY! There is a drive-through and a VERY small inside counter designed primarily for mobile order pick-ups. I did not know this. I went inside and was shocked at what the place has become. It was difficult to even get the attention of an employee to take my coffee order."

"The manager, a blonde woman with curly hair, was extremely rude to my wife, and then We ordered food online and she made my wife pay AGAIN for the sandwich because she was too busy to look for our order number when we went to pick it up. She also was yelling at all her employees, who were very nice, even while being yelled at by this demon. I felt really bad for them, they were respectful and listened to every word their evil manager said and Then the manager fired someone very loudly in front of everybody! Horrible horrible horrible person, how is she still employed by Dunkin???? Get her out"

"They remodeled this location so the only area a customer can order is the drive thru and a tiny 8 x 4 area where you can pickup mobile orders. No indoor seating, no bathrooms, no customer amenities at all. Avoid this location unless you only need a drive thru."

"Probably won't come back. The woman who took our order through the drive through was openly rude and aggressive when I asked to change part of one of our coffee orders, and I could hear her speaking very rudely to other staff. Griffin at the window was the best part of this visit. He was very polite despite how rude and crotchety the other woman was being."

"Lady in the drivethru was specifically rude to me. Saw her, being nice to the car in front of me, pulled up to the window, and wasn't given my change, then was glared at. Wont come back. Maybe make it less obvious you dont like people for how they look next time? Im sure everyone would appreciate it."
