"Kind staff, but legit ordered one thing (large cold brew black) and was given the wrong order 3 times after repeating my order directly to staff each time (I was served some orange smoothie thing, then an iced mocha thing with foam, then a cold brew with cold foam). I eventually I just left and threw away the final wrong order as I had run out of time."
"I've been hoing to this dunkin for a couple years jow when I have no choice and I could use one hand to ciht the amoht if times they got my order right. Them seem to turn over staff 4 times a year and each new team finds a new way to be frustrated and just do the worst job possible. I get it's frustrating, but the location should just close at that point. Super unprofessional and one of the reasons I dont trust dunks anymore"
