"I order parts from here for my company. Some times I may not be clear on the parts I need or know thier exact name as I'm not an encyclopedia of knowledge on appliance parts. My problem is how rude I am spoken to while trying to explain what I need. I provide as many serial numbers and part numbers as I can obtain to make it easier yet I'm still talked down to and spoken to like I'm a child. You really need to work on your customer service skills half the time I'm not even allowed to get out a full sentence before I'm cut off. If this continues I'll be looking elsewhere for parts."

"To respond to Mr. Benson's claims against us, he failed to mention that that pump he tried to return had water in it, marks on the electrical terminals that only comes from installing, black rubber marks that came from him attaching the hoses. One part he wanted to return was not in the original package and had a screw in it (that doesn't come with the part). We carefully check every return so that the next customer is guaranteed a NEW and UNUSED part. I have installed parts, I was a repair tech for many years. I own my own appliance installation company and have been in this field for over 30 years. He also failed to mention how he went into a fit of swearing at us, flipping us off, and driving up and down the street several times blaring his horn and screaming out his window."

This time I called the price was good, and in stock. I bought it now my stove works again. Both times they provided excellent service and had the parts in stock."
