"Everytime I go there Its at least a Half hour to 45 minutes of a Wait in Lines just to Get to The Checkout & or Speak with someone regarding a Customer Service Issue.... Theres always like 3 - 4 dozen Orange Aprons Scattered all across the Building in my opinion Doing Absolutely Nothing but what seems to look like Blending in with there surroundings Pretending that they are doing something"

"Employees are so wonderful here (shoutout to my man Richard!!!) But in general the employees have been so kind and helpful — I’m not always sure of what I’m looking for even when I think I know what I’m looking for and they’re always so helpful. Once an employee called her drywall-specialist husband to answer aquestion for me… enough said."

"After being a long time customer, commercial pro xtra I will never do business with Home Depot again. They refused to honor a sale item and wanted to charge me $1,699 instead of $850 because the item was in the Warwick store and not the providence store where the sale was. Tried saying it was clearance item even though it wasn’t marked as a clearance item. Sale items have white tags and clearance have yellow. I’ll attach pictures of the original tag and the 2 examples of clearance tags at the sale location. No a great way to treat long time customers who spend a lot of money on their stores. Not anymore I’ll be going to Lowe’s from now on."

"The Home Depot is an extraordinary department store where we can find all kinds of products for the home, cleaning, construction, decoration, gardening, all kinds of products at excellent prices. I was at the Home Depot in Providence in RI, and I noticed that the stores are standardized in all American states, but there is a difference from the stores in Massachusetts, the service, I found the attendants of the providence store to be rude, impatient and had no goodwill to give information about where the products were located. When I went to pay for my purchases, I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the attendant who took the barcode reader from my hand and started reading my purchases. I felt super bad about the situation because this had never happened before in any store in Massachusetts. I go every week to shop at The Home Depot stores in Massachusetts and I've never had any problems and every review I've done I've given 5 stars. For the Providence store I will give 2 stars because of the service which is very bad, because the store is dirty, disorganized and people need to be educated. do not recommend 2/10"

"I usually look forward to going to Home Depot when I’m working on an exciting home improvement/update project and it’s not a crises ( ex. broken hot water heater etc.). The customer service at this location is a “ hit or miss”. Occasionally, I run into a rude floor representative. However, most of the representatives “ try” to be helpful and are pleasant. Your best bet is to be a bit knowledgeable, regarding your needs prior to going into the store, in order to have an overall “best” experience. Great customer service and thorough knowledge base in most industries, are rare these days."
