"I’ve been a customer for almost 2 years had a death in the family and was in the hospital and they harassed my sisters and my family very disrespectful. A guy named Matthew who works there takes everything as a joke.. they are just not very respectful people. They like to threaten you even with the children. I would never recommend them to anyone unless you wanna be harassed"
"I will never rent anything from them , they lack of customer service, they do not meet ends at all. There was an employee name Helen Salazar who texted my husband phone very disrespectful and I don’t understand why it was necessary for her to do that. I don’t understand where is the customer service or where can it meet ends with people and their situation , they want to take the fridge and the Laptop but they both gave us two different past due balances that was not even correct and they told us to come next week but they wanted their payment today. So what I will not do is take disrespect from her , she had no reason to do and all we want is the respect , we are not hear to fight anyone to give their stuff but if you can’t be respectful and be reasonable then why work at a place where you going to disrespect customers. Don’t buy your stuff from there , they not respectful and reasonable , they’re rude when it comes to payments and they not organize in their system."

Tasha bent over backwards and went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we needed. Professional, friendly, and accommodating. Thank you Tasha!
