Not only would not refund my money they refused to give me a replacement water pump . This company uses poor aftermarket parts. Be cautious when buying parts from this company. "I asked for the mounting bracket for a microwave. I got charged $69 for a mountain kit that had no bracket. I called them back and they told me I had to order the bracket and it was another $50. If you have any other alternative than to use this company please use it. At the end of the day I asked for a bracket never received one then was told I had to pay $50 for the bracket after they gave me a mountain kit that was absolutely useless to me."
