"Worse appliance repair I've ever dealt with and most expensive. $151 to look at diswasher. $250+ to come back and install a $20 plastic part. That's half the price of a new dishwasher"
"I read through these reviews, and I find most of them are pretty old. Our recent 6/2023 experience has been quite different. We recently purchased a new washer and dryer from Cocca's. They delivered and installed them in a timely and professional manner. About a week into using them, we found both the washer and dryer to be exceptionally noisy. Called Cocca's and they agreed to take them back and gave us a credit toward a different brand. Again, they were delivered and installed in a timely and professional manner...Cocca's did all the work removing and reinstalling the appliances. We just noticed a noise that started coming from the new dryer, called Cocca's and they immediately put us in touch with The Appliance Man, an appointment was made, and Ian was here for a very short time to diagnose the problem and order the parts necessary. Within a week the parts were in, Ian was back, and the problem has been fixed! Not a penny spent! I highly recommend Ian...he is personable, professional and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about Cocca's and The Appliance Man."
"I’ve been dealing with a repair since MARCH 2020. It’s not December 23rd, the tech finally arrived to fix a range. In March I spent $108 as a diagnostic fee for a one year old gas range that wouldn’t light. Then the part wouldn’t arrive in time to satisfy my tenant, so the owner of Cocca’s “cut me a deal” on a new stove/same model. What the deal was, was simply last years’ price for a now more-expensive price tag on the same model after refusing to honor the warranty on the first range. If you’re keeping track, I’ve now purchased 2 ranges plus 2 delivery fees, in less than 2 years and paid a diagnostic fee. THEN, I spent time every week calling Appliance Man for an update - all I want to know is WHERE IS MY PART. Never got a call back. I was always the one to make the call and be told the ordering team just had no idea when my part would arrive, always blaming some other party, and even was told that my months-old part order never existed in the first place on one of these calls. The part finally arrives mid-December, the tech arrives and demands ANOTHER payment. “Oh, someone should have called you....”. To demand another $100+ after literally wasting a year of my life while selling an extra appliance because the purchasing office can’t do their job is the most insane customer service experience. This is what I get for trying to buy from a local company? Tl/dr Cocca’s will not stand behind their sales, and then the Appliance Man will take your money and waste your time, and maybe only fix your stuff."
"Man I wish I read these reviews before I paid $170 at Cocca’s to have my new dishwasher delivered and installed. I bought my dishwasher five weeks ago. I still don’t have my dishwasher. They just called this morning (today was my scheduled install date) and said someone called in sick so they have to reschedule me for a week from now. Awesome, glad I used a vacation day from work for nothing. Go elsewhere."
"Two very pleasant technicians arrived on time, took approximately 15-20 minutes to diagnose the problem with my combo washer/dryer, and had it fixed in under an hour. They explained the problem and the repair thoroughly and articulately, and the fee was reasonable—less than I expected, in fact. A great experience—I would recommend this company to anyone!"
