"Read please for context on my star ratings. You come here for the price, although a large swimming pool for the kids and charcoal BBQ grille at each cabin are nice sweeteners. The rooms are quite small, if you were stuck here for several days, you might get cabin fever, even with just a couple. However, 90% of people who stay here do so for comfortable bed, ability to make a sandwich, get hot shower and serve as a place to go out and about. For these purposes the place is great. The hosts are great, easy to get along with and location is not far from the touristy areas. W8i-Fi is adequate to support a ROKU streamer. Do others a favor set it to 720P (lowest resolution) since the small tv's (36") you won't miss the pixels and will conserve the shared bandwidth."

"For me its about the price. Is it a four seasons? No , but this place was about half the cost of their nearby neighbor. A great value for your money vs others and vs airbnb. Could the cabins use an upgrade? Yes. Are they good enough? Yes. I would recommend a bed upgrade. They charge 10 dollars for a pet where others charge 25 to 35. Those kind of differences will want me to stay again. It was also great to drive right up to our cabin. Right off a main drag and right near smoke restaurant which is excellent. Family operating it was friendly. It was good to support a family vs corporate hotel. I would stay again."

"Very quaint motel and cottages. Staff was super helpful. Room was clean and had everything you need for a restful night from siteseeing the beautiful area. Would recommend for sure."

"We love it here! We came once in the beginning of June and then again Labor Day weekend! Relaxing by a fire in the backyard was a nice way to end our daily adventures. The owners are friendly and attentive. This will be our go-to spot for all our trips!!"
