"Great bed & breakfast. The innkeepers, Harriet and Erin are extremely friendly. Very down to earth and welcoming. House very well maintained and cozy and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and tremendously filling as well. Definitely recommend it and will be back!"

"We went on our honeymoon in October, so it was very cold, but we didn't care. We enjoyed breakfast on the front porch with a view of the water. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Well presented and delicious! I also enjoyed wine and cheese hour. It is such an adorable place that we definitely felt welcomed into. I couldn't recommend this place more for a get away!"

"This B&B exceeded every expectation my husband and I had! We talk all the time about going back and how amazing it was. From the super friendly staff, to the breath taking view, and the amazing breakfast food (and wine and cheese hour) -- we are jealous we can't live there all the time! Erin and Harriot were always willing to give advice in what to see and do and then call for a dinner reservation on your behalf. Further, anything we needed, they accommodated for us. We LOVED staying here and cannot rave about it enough. We will be back!"

"My husband and I spent our honeymoon week at Bufflehead Cove, and we could not be more pleased! As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Harriet and shown to our cottage. We immediately felt just like family. The River Cottage was immaculate and was cleaned every single morning from the kind and considerate staff. The views from our back porch were also phenomenal...so much so that we had a hard time leaving the place to explore the town. In addition, breakfast each morning was simply superb! You could not get a better breakfast anywhere else!! My husband and I typically do not enjoy eating breakfast, so we knew something was special when we were waking up early for delicious stuffed french toast, quiche, and even Dutch babies. Erin and Harriet were also extremely knowledgeable about local excursions and "must sees" during our trip. They were very willing to sit down with us and help us map out our days. In all, we could not be more thrilled by our stay. The staff at Bufflehead Cove go far out of their way to ensure that their guests are treated like family. We are already planning a possible anniversary trip here soon!!"
