"I stayed here for a couple of nights with my Mom, overall we were very pleased with our accommodations. We had a suite with two double beds which were in a loft area above the kitchenette and living area. The room was very clean and the water pressure in the shower was so impressive. The hotel is directly across from the walkway to the marginal way and a short walk from Ogunquit beach. While the hotel has a pool and hot tub we didn’t use them. My only criticism of the hotel is the lack of maid service during the stay and the office doesn’t have hot coffee for guests. While there is an in room coffeemaker the powdered cream is terrible and an on property alternative would be nice."

"The 2nd floor lofts were really cool spaces for an overnight outing to Ogunquit. It's within 5 minutes walking distance to all the dining and drinking destinations, and it's right across the street from beach access. Rooms were very clean."

"Front desk and housekeeping staff went out of the way to always be there to help you. We had a dated room that hadn't been renovated yet. The newer rooms the others in our party were nicely done over with new floors and bathrooms. Our third floor suite had yet to be given a much needed make over. Skylights definitely need a retractable shade as living room with pull out couch and cot gets wicked bright very early.. Location is great for downtown, walking the marginal way to Perkins cove or heading to the beach."
