"Truly could not have had a less pleasant experience trying to shop for bridal shoes at this store. I called ahead and a salesperson explained they had very little stock, but she encouraged me to stop by to view the styles. When we arrived, she wasn’t available and the woman who “helped” us did not greet us, was extremely rude and unhelpful, and clearly did not want us to be there. She acted like we were putting her out by asking extremely basic questions and told us there was absolutely nothing in the store in my size, which wasn’t even true. When I went to try this pair of shoes on, she didn’t help at all (except to act put out that she had to get hose so I didn’t damage the already worn out floor pair…). Would be shocking service at any store, let alone a luxury brand!!"
