"I want to start by saying that I had the absolute worst experience with Express ONLINE customer service on their website chat and on the phone. I was going in to this Express location to exchange or return my clothes and then I was never going to give them my business again. An employee there (may have been the manager) named Drew gave me the most wonderful experience in a store and all I was doing was exchanging my clothes. He was so friendly and helpful and always had a smile. There was no reason for him to give me such incredible service since I wasn’t there to buy anything new but he did nonetheless. I’ll give Express another shot just because of the amazing experience I had at this store. Thanks, Drew!"
