"Resort was nice enough to take in my family during heavy floods when roads were completely destroyed and we had no where to go. Rooms were great with a kitchen and had a indoor pool which gave our kids something to do so our trip wasn't completely ruined. Thank you to the staff."
"This is a nice, family friendly place. Rooms are clean and has indoor pool, Jacuzzi and tennis courts. Place is nice for a motel. I would not consider a resort though. Laundry room is downstairs and pay to use. Balcony does not have lounge chairs or a view of river you are right beside. Has fridge, microwave, coffee maker and oven. Beds are comfortable. It is in a good location close to good restaurants and national parks. Front door of room opens directly into parking lot."
"Was surprised when we arrived with our two kiddos and was given a full 2 bedroom apartment for the night. The motel is older but everything was very clean and we'll stocked."
"We booked our stay through our RCI condo exchange. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The outside of the building looked well maintained in front. Our view out the back of the condo was obstructed by over-grown trees and shrubs since we were on the ground floor. Our unit was dated and falling apart, not what the typical RCI standards usually are. The photos on the RCI website didn't at all reflect what we stayed in. We were far away from the many things we planned to do during our stay. However, if you're into x country skiing, this may be the place for you. Winter seems to be the time of year you want to stay in this location."
"We booked this resort expecting something different. The building with the rooms appears to be a two story motel front. Outside each suite is a plastic bench in poor repair and a smokers station. The suites are small with the amenities you would expect in a 1970s era vacation rental. While it is clean, there are not enough outlets, the furniture is overused and uncomfortable, there is one small TV, no washer/dryer, and the second room with two twin beds leaves about a foot between the beds and the wall to enter the room. There are two AC units in the bedrooms only, resulting in a humid and difficult to maintain air temp that is too cold in bedrooms and too warm in front room. This also causes high humidity which likely results in some mold production. The carpets are cheap high use carpeting that does not appear to be clean. The back porches are lined up next to another and are not private. You cannot see the river from the rentals due to overgrown bush. You cannot walk to the river or access the river because the property between the "resort" and river is owned by someone else . It is situated directly on a highway with car noise. The fitness room is sparse and looks messy/unclean. There is little to enjoy inside or outside at this place. It is only useful if you simply need a place to lay your head. It does not feel like a vacation but like a motel with a kitchen. The front desk person was kind to us."
