"Great place to stay to get away from chain hotels on a long trip. The lodge was decorated with a wildlife theme. The owner was a great hostess talong with the ladies at breakfast. Eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and the best Blueberry pancakes and maple syrup I have ever eaten. Will stay again if we're in the area again. Thanks for making our stay special."
"Comfy beds, delicious breakfast and a great seating area. We all enjoyed ourselves. We stayed for a family SXS getaway. Perfect location for SXS riding, trail entrance is located directly across the street. Khris was a great host. Highly recommended!"
"Home away from home! The owner was on site and eager to please all guests. The lodge is beautiful, rooms are clean and tastefully decorated to match the lodge feel. Khrys and the morning ladies made amazing breakfast. Yummy coffee, farm fresh eggs, and pancakes with fresh local syrup. We were here to ride SXS and couldn't ask for a better location. Right from the property, you can hit the Ride the Wilds trails and go north to Colebrook/Pittsburg or south to Gorham/Berlin/Jericho mountain. Definitely will stay again."
"I eloped here with my fiance and they were so gracious to let us have our ceremony under the flowering trees on the back lawn. We loved how cozy the lodge was and all the various taxidermized finds. The lodge was located on a main highway yet still enough in the woods that we saw many moose nearby each evening. Our room was immaculately clean, the kitchen was amply supplied with supplies we needed should we decide to cook, and we were left to our own privacy which we greatly appreciated. The innkeeper cooked us breakfast the first day (she would have had more breakfast prepared but we preferred to sleep in). We didn't really use it for more than google maps but they had wifi. We were in the corner room, the "Winter Room", which had two windows facing well maintained lawns and forest. Plenty of parking. Would definitely return again."
"Chris and Jamie were absolutely amazing. The lodge is one of the most beautiful places I've seen in New England. Not only was it well maintained, but it was beautifully decorated. We were super well fed each morning (with farm-fresh eggs and proteins, home made homefries, pancakes, etc), and it truly felt like we were welcomed into a home as opposed to just being at a place to sleep. They were gracious hosts and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. I can't wait to go back, and cannot recommend this place enough!"
