Reviews
"The store isn’t here anymore. There’s a brewery in its place."
"This store was not open when I went on a Wednesday about 12:15 and again at 1:00. Google listed it as "open". Store hours reflected on the door it should be open. No sign saying it was closed temporarily. Asked around and apparently, they hare shortstaffed check by phone before going. It may not be open. I went to Kittery specifically for this one store and one store only."
"Nice shoes. Awful service!!! Workers are not nice at all. First time having such an terrible experience. You can do better, Ecco."
"An excellent - and real - outlet! Jack is a true shoe expert, always very customer service oriented, and Ecco shoes are about the most comfortable shoes around!"
"Supply varies, but customer service is consistently A+. They know their product, inventory, and when to give you extra attention and when to leave you alone. Depending on who's working, you might also have many entertaining & memorable conversations. Just remember "outlet" does not generally ipso facto equate to deep (if any) discounts. Their policy allows you to take shoes home and wear INDOORS for 30 days. This is great, but means some stranger's worn & returned shoes could end up on your own feet. Not sure what becomes of those worn-for-30-day returns, but hope an agent will correct me. Loved it when Starbucks was immediately next door, but they've moved to the Weathervane building 1 lot over. Security seems to patrol this lot heavily. Not sure why. Don't expect an easy left i.e. southbound exit out of the parking lot. Instead, make a right turn and use the nearby traffic light to your advantage to reverse direction. I prefer turning right, as that parking lot is less busy than the one on the left, which is utter chaos all year long. Please watch for pedestrians E.V.E.R.Y.W.H.E.R.E. (law-abiding and otherwise) and vehicles attempting a left turn from the fast lane."
