"Lady in bright teal shirt was extremely rude. 8/4/23 I bought two bras for $15 she put one in as 20 and the other as 20 but subtracted $3.50. Asked for changing rooms and she said in the back if you can get into one. Very snarky and rough with items (ripped off hangers and thrown into bag) will not be returning."

"Lapin and I stopped into this location to purchase some undergarments. There were two ladies working and the one older woman who rung us was completely oblivious. She kept ringing up an item even though it was showing up the wrong price. She would then null the item (and the entire transaction of 7 items) and try again. This went on for another half an hour. Needless to say, no one wants to yell at an older woman, but that was seriously madness. The store is decently stocked but some of the prices are on par with what you would see in stores normally which is a jip since some of the sizes are "irregular". Your best bet is to wait for additional coupons or visit your local Target/Walmart/Sears/JCP when they have a sale."

"We we came here expecting to see extremely low prices, but did not feel that this was Outlet pricing at all. Perhaps I'm jaded from being in outlet stores in other parts of the country, but this did not seem to be that good of a deal, like most of the stores at the Kittery outlet center."
