"I had to order a pair of Levi's that they didn't have in the size I wanted. I got them fast, but decided I wanted a different color. They were so kind and helpful, especially the woman, who showed me other colors and even pulled them for me. Thank you so much. You never know when someone needs kindness."

"Everybody has a bad day sometimes, so I'll chalk it up that way. I went to get some jeans for my daughter recently, and the store didn't have what I was looking for. I asked if they were sold out or maybe had some in the back and the answer I got was "I don't know. Probably not. You can order those online anytime." It would have been nice if somebody would have gone to check but the young lady at checkout didn't seem to want to be bothered. Maybe she was having a bad day. I hope the day after was better for her."

"Really liked the long sleeve shirts with dark blue stripes pictured in this photo, was excited to buy one because the sign said they were $19.99. Went up to the register and the cashier told me the sale was only on the short sleeve shirts. I left and told him he should move the shirts but walked back in shortly after to take a picture of the display because I frankly believe the cashier should have given me the deal. I have worked in customer service as a cashier and that is exactly what my manager would’ve had me do because that is OUR mistake to have displayed the wrong price. When I walked back in they had already taken the sign down that ONLY said “19.99”, which was where the blank white paper is next to the “tops” sign. Great. Thank you for fixing your mistake I guess."
