"The staff is super nice at this location- and there are great deals but watch out as the loft clothing sizes are super random. For example I have a size 8 skirt, size small tank, size large sweater shirt and size medium t. Try the clothes on first and also watch out for final sale items!"

"I am a big fan of AnnTaylor clothing. Unfortunately shopping there today with my sister and niece was not a great experience. Very poor customer service from 2 separate saleswomen. Not helpful, bad attitude and acted very put out when asked to check sister store in Lee for desired jacket in smaller size. We were on a major shopping trip to deck my niece out for law school this fall. Happily we had a wonderful shopping experience across the road at Banana Republic.
