"I'm on my 8th pair of Redwings in 20 years. I came in for soft toe work boots with 2.0 supersoles. I was shown a pair of steel toes, in a color I didn't like, in a style I didn't like. I did NOT want these boots. I tried them on out of politeness. I am happy I did. It turns out if I had got what I wanted, I wouldn't have known what I needed. One of the few purchases I felt 100% about - without any buyers remorse. Joe was great and really worked to help me find the right fit. I told them I was looking for boots for rain, snow, comfort, and for a diabetic. They put their minds together and found the right model of boot for me 1222 model. Comfort is everything to me.
