"I went to Tillys for some last minute shopping 12/20/22 a little after noon. The staff was super friendly, super helpful. The you guy work in the back of the store asked all the right questions to help. One employee even went to check in the back for the size I needed. I noticed an employee greeted everyone who came in if they weren't helping someone."
"Everyone here was super professional and friendly and cool. We found so many cool clothing pieces, it was exactly what we were looking for. Perry, I think his name was, was extremely well versed sales person. Helpful and friendly but not at all pushy. We’ll be looking forward to stopping back in."
"I had a pretty great first experience here with my girlfriend. The staff was very kind to us, and the clothing was very nice! (Prices here were a bit high though...) This store feels similar to Pacsun, but more enjoyable HAHA! Overall Rating: 9/10"
"This assistant manager (he was a male not sure his name) was very good at his job and I just thought that he deserved a raise. He had to deal with some smelly disrespectful teenager today and handed it very professionally."
"My son and I travelled from CT to do some school shopping at Tilly’s. We walked in eager to see all the cool clothes and shoes. First we weren’t greeted upon arrival but the white lady and her little boy arriving after us were as soon as they entered the store. After observing this I walked away from my son to shop myself and watched as two female staff watched my sons every move following him around the men’s department making him very uncomfortable. Normally I would return the items to the rack or table he wanted to purchase and leave but he begged me to buy the tee shirts he wanted so I did. I will use this experience to teach him how black youth are profiled while shopping simply because of the color of their skin."
