"Customer service is so poor. I visited a week ago and made a purchase. During that time I heard the manager on duty degrade a customer who was struggling to find the correct bra for her particular dress. I thought the manager was having a bad day. Well I returned today and she presented with the same attitude. I opted to not make the purchase I returned today for and headed over to Torrid. They were so kind and helpful. I will certainly be returning to Torrid and today was my final visit to Lane Bryant. These days I'll go to spend my money where the customer service is at!"
