"We had a great week here for our family vacation. We booked 8 nights here. It was a little pricey, but it ended up being a great time. The first night, the heat cut out in the middle of the night. When we woke up, they got right on it. We ventured out for the day, and the heat was back by the time we got back. The house we had was not what we thought by the pics, but when we got inside, it was cute! Our family of 6 had plenty of room. Clean house and everything was in working order. The indoor pool was fantastic! We practically had it to ourselves all week. It's big, warm, and incredibly refreshing. The hot tub was just as nice. Our kids loved both. There are a few hiking/walking trails. We found a cool shelter on top of one of the mountains. It was a gorgeous view and an awesome shelter to check out. It wasn't too hard. We have a 9 year old that managed just fine. You're about 20 minutes to conway and all the outlets, which was perfect for holiday shopping. Restaurants galore here, and the ones we hit up were great. Definitely recommend Boston Brothers Pizzeria. The staff at the house/resort was very accommodating. They called each day for room service. They're very kind at the front desk as well. Boston is only 2 hours away, and we had a decent day trip to the city. All in all, a great week away! We would definitely come back for another week away!"

"A hidden gem close to the presidential mountains, skiing at King Pine and North Conway. We have made this a family tradition our kids call “the cabin in New Hampshire!!” Cabin is far from the truth with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and the views from the Island View Cottage is beautiful, shore line fire pit and snow shoeing out the front door, what’s better! Book now and keep the Mom and Pop places going!"

"We were married here. Summit ceremony, island reception under a tent. Best week of my life. First off this place is so much fun. It’s like a summer camp for kids and adults. Kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, tennis, basketball, swimming, inflatable rock wall, multiple beaches, fire pits, grills, lobster night on Thursday, etc. The weather was perfect, the staff was amazing, laid back and cool. Great lodging and dealing with Heidi Glavin for our wedding coordination was a joy. She goes above and beyond and is a true gem. We are beyond happy with our experience, will treasure it for the rest of our lives and will be back."

"This is a great escape from the usual tourist spot in close by North Conway. They have a wonderful cafe/restaurant with a great closed in porch with lake views. Open to public so you can visit if your not staying as a guest."
