"This doctor’s office is poorly ran. Every time we call concerning our health they always push us away to go to the emergency room. This is unprofessional and unethical. An emergency room visit can cost thousands of dollars but they don’t care. The least you can do is tell the patient that you prefer they go to an urgent care which is more convenient and cost less! Nonetheless the nurses that call you back have no compassion about how you are feeling. What is the point of having a PCP if they don’t even provide you a spot to come in and get checked out. Please do not come here, find yourself a doctor’s office that actually takes you in and not constantly refer you to the emergency room, such a malpractice!!!"

"I'm comfortable with the doc. He seems to have a good handle on my long term illnesses and manages to be both very knowledgeable and approachable. Update. Reduced rating from 5 to 4 stars. Billing never matches what I'm told my copay is, and an Elliot Hospital nurse viewed my inpatient medical records for personal benefit. I just get the runaround when I want accountability."

"Literally told me to go to emergency room for a ear infection after I told her since I am 30 weeks pregnant urgent care and the emergency prefer me to see my PCP. Love DR Gus Emmick but the nurses need more training. I am transferring my family to another PCP who might just care about those patients instead of telling them to go to urgent care or emergency room for a ear infection!! Also the front desk staff are always in a bad mood."
