"Dentists and hygienists are fine, but the way they conduct business is not. Only one of the dentists here is in our insurance network and I made my cleaning appointment on a day that that dentist was there. During my cleaning (after the bitewings had already been taken) the hygienist said my dentist wasn't available and that another dentist was going to "pop in and look at my teeth". She was there all of 5 minutes or less. A few weeks later I receive a bill for over $100! Apparently, that 5 minutes with the other dentist made what should have been a no charge cleaning cost over $100 because that dentist is not in my insurance network. I called and explained that I had initially made my cleaning appointment with the correct dentist and it wasn't until the middle of the exam that I was informed that there would be a different dentist and no one explained to me that this would mean that my cleaning and X-rays would all now not be fully covered. The office didn't care. They said there was nothing they could do about it and I should have refused the dentist's exam. I think this is a very disingenuous way to conduct business. They should have informed me before my appointment if my dentist was not available that day and explained that if I saw a different dentist that it would mean a significant out of pocket cost and given me the option to reschedule. I will never go back."

"My visit was great! We spoke about a game plan for my dental work that needs to be done and I was informed in depth about what we will do to get it done. I actually was able to see the work that needs to be done after the pictures were taken. It's awsome! Great technology. This visit was above and beyond and I'm so happy I was informed about everything I need to do get it started. I felt like you all care and your concerned to get me where I need to be.
