"They were very nice took us right away, they help honeys eye got better right away,"
"Been here twice now for both of my dogs and each time the doctor is fast and KNOWS his job. The staff also loves my dogs and one is a shelter dog with behavioral issues in public with other dogs and they made sure we got in and out without any issues. I have nothing but great things to say about this place and will continue to bring my pets here. Keep up the great work!"
"They are amazing and caring! I have never felt so comfortable taking my animal to the vet. They are very fair priced as well!"
"I used to think this was the best place to take your pet but my opinion has definitely changed. I work in healthcare so understand short staffing but not sure how that effects caring? They continued to ignore my concern for my dog not eating and loosing weight rapidly, finally after 6 months and 20pd weight loss and US was done at my request. Was told her has cancer and unsure what kind and told me I had to find somewhere to get biopsy done as his cancer could be treatable if diagnosed and treated ASAP . I have contacted Hooksett multiple times as I can not locate a facility to perform biopsy before Dec(dog wont make it to that date) and was told "ya sorry" that's too bad. No recommendation on how to treat dog palliatively. I am disappointed mainly in they're lack of empathy and guidance in this sensitive matter."
"Super caring staff that truly listen to their patients' needs. Very knowledgeable, informative and professional. Our pets always feel comfortable there and even get excited when we pull into the parking lot."
