"Not sure why there is a receptionist other than to call you up to take your money. When you are sitting there sick it’s not the easiest thing to do handle all your own preregistration, including pictures of your license and insurance cards. This is far from exceptional patient care but hey if it increases the bottom line screw the sick people I guess? The practitioners were very helpful so I will give four stars. The receptionist and check in leave a lot to be desired, one star in that aspect."

"I was seen fast and treated. The provider was great. But the nurse paramedic I believe he said. He doesn't listen or show any care. Not professional. Infact doesn't want to be doing it. I felt not important. That's my only issue"

"I historically received all my care at the other big hospital in town, and typically the care is OK but sometimes I've come across some people that just seemed to hate their job. I learned there was an Urgent Care just down the road from me and gave it a try when I was sick. I couldn't help but notice that the Receptionist was so pleasant when I called to make an appointment, and then when I showed up the front desk person was just as welcoming. Then my mind got blown...the MA and even the Provider I saw were both super friendly and just awesome to interact with. Answered all my questions, very patient, and extremely professional. I've never experienced that where all interactions were phenomenal, until now. I'll be going here for all my care going forward. I can't say enough good things. They were just so freakin nice. Thank you."

"To be honest, I was weary about going to Urgent Care. I was pleasantly surprised at my experience. A soon as I walked in, I noticed that it was very clean. Not only in the waiting room but in the patient rooms, everywhere. Daniel Joseph, PA tended to me and he was awesome. He was more compassionate that my PCP! He diagnosed the problem and prescribed what was needed. He was kind and considerate of my symptoms and made me feel comfortable. Very professional and explained everything. A+++++"
