"Went to the Dr. for a 102.4 fever, stomach pains and sore throat 4 days after a deer tick bite. Tick was engorged. Nurse practitioner looked in my child’s throat and declared he doesn’t have strep. I asked for a test. She said no need it would be negative. She finally gave into a strep test. She never looked at the tick bite. She didn’t even covid test. She stated child had a stuffy nose cold. Refused any tick testing or antibiotics too. Stated child had no fever. Child had Tylenol. Provider had no knowledge of Lyme disease or coinfections. This is malpractice. 10 days of amoxicillin will not kill anyone. Tick borne infections cause a lifetime of illness that per the CDC can be avoided with one week of antibiotics."

"We have had a great experience with our now 1 year old daughter since she was born here. We have had a wide variety of providers because of her various illnesses once going to daycare, and both the medical and front office staff have been great. Felt compelled to write this review because of all the extremely negative reviews on here."

"Do not take your children there or register them there! Staff very unprofessional took 2 months to get my son registered in that office was told he was all set with a physician not early appointment needed until physical was due. Pass a few months later called to get an appointment for a yearly physical they are no longer taking new patients. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME. Not to count had to call 3xs and was hung up on."

"This is unfortunate, because the doctors and nurses are absolutely phenomenal. However, whoever works at the front desk is a massive disservice to the practice and should not have a job. She could not be more rude to my wife who simply called to provide our new insurance over the phone and confirm it was in network. She very rudely snapped that it was annoying for her to call with this question, to just bring the new card in to the next appointment, and hung up the phone. I'll probably look for a new doctor now solely based on how rude this person was. I'm super hoping this person gets fired and will speak to the doctor about it at my next but last appointment. Please let it be known that the doctor, Dr. Rosenfeld, and the nurses we've seen have been absolutely incredible, 5 stars, but the front reception is zero stars and should be fired immediately."

"Apparently I have to give at least one star to write a review. I would give no stars if I could. I have been trying to get a referral for my child for weeks now. We had a referral for the same doctor before but it expired. The referral department keeps insisting that the referral has been made but I have confirmed multiple times that it has not been made correctly. I am at my wits end and ready to change providers. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this practice."
