"Service levels at Dartmouth have dramatically deteriorated since I started as a patient there 8 years ago. The doctors are great, if you can wait the typical 4-5 months to get an appointment for a physical and often several weeks for anything else unless you want to go to urgent care. Phone etiquette, empathy, and empowerment to get anything done at the RN, assistant, and receptionist level are non existent. Their online portal is designed to make it very difficult to directly message your doctor about anything, such as clarifying previous converstations or requests. I've experienced medical record errors on the portal as well as records that were hidden to staff who were trying to provide care. They are chronically short staffed but talk as if this is a temporary thing each time I'm there and that they're hiring a new doctor to help with workload "soon'. But nothing really seems to change and there is no accountability. Triaging or just basic phone calls to get a same day appt or referral involve a myriad of repeated questions or calls back every time you interact. Its like they forget who you are or don't record anything so you have to start over every time you call back to get them to follow through. As far as I can tell, there is no service level commitment to resolve issues satisfactorily in a reasonable period of time. They do not seem to mind wasting a ton of their patients' time. Stay healthy because I can't imagine what its like as a chronically ill patient to have to put up with the indignity of this treatment and to advocate constantly for a reasonable level of healthcare."

I've never felt more confident as I do with them, when it comes to my health and concerns. I highly recommend."

"I had been a patient of this location since 2005 ish. I'm not sure when I started to see Stacie Umperovich and Dr. Michael Kaploe, but they are amazing. I saw Stacie for pretty much everything. She's caring, listens to you and makes you feel comfortable to talk to her about whatever you have going on. She also remembers me at each visit so I don't feel like I'm just a number to her. I saw Dr. Ivan B once too and he was so gentle with me and made me feel like my health was his top priority (including calling me at like 6pm once my test results were in so I could pick up a different medication). I've since moved out of NH and it's a shame because I've yet to find doctors and the level of care that was provided to me here."

"I have been in and out of plenty of medical facilities having served in the military. Dr. Austin is one of the few that actually seems to care and will give you as much information and help as you want. The wonderful ladies at the desks were very efficient and friendly, the nurses were all courteous and kind. This place is definitely doing it the right way."
