"There is a woman there at the pharmacy that is incredibly rude. Every time I have to call to check if a prescription has been sent she cuts me off and is incredibly rude and unpleasant with her attitude. She hung up the phone when I am not even done talking. She is the WORST!!! I will not be going back there anymore!!!!!"

"The older Gentlemen pharmacist is always rude, like he’s not a well paid pharmacist. Inconvenience for him to deal with any customers. This rite aid will never get my business again as the counter staff at the front can barely be at the counter to check people out. Luckily there are plenty of pharmacy options in Milford. Won’t be going back to Mont Vernon St."

The pharmacist was so kind, helpful, professional and knowledgeable about everything and answered all of my questions. I was not getting this level of help from my doctor, which made me so apprehensive about this shot. He made the entire experience personalized and as anxiety-free as it could be for someone with a crazy level of anxiety!"
