"After going to the same office for 21 years I was infuriated to have to reschedule an appointment when I a showed up for my youngest child’s appointment. Yes I was about 15 minutes late, however the voicemail message says reschedule after 20 minutes AND the office had already cancelled one appointment at no fault of my own. I have brought all 5 of my children here since birth and REALLY feel that was unreasonable. So much so that I switched pediatricians. I’m not ok with doing any kind of business who wants me to have regard for their time but they have none for mine. St. Peter’s, you are not the only game in town and this treatment without any discretion, especially for loyalty is UNACCEPTABLE. Good bye and good riddance’s"

"Not impressed. They almost have no care for your time or for your children it is just an office where they show up to work they don't have any love for what they do."

"Parking stinks, they take a hour to answer your calls,staff is very rude,they never call you back."

"Both my boys go 14 & 8 months. The doctors are GREAT some of The nurses are a bit rough. And the front desk works always seem to have an attitude"
