"Just don’t do it- if it’s not urgent enough for the ER, then save your time and money!!!!!! Practically a scam considering that they will make you wait for days for them to do their job and they clearly are not particularly interested in making sure you get your prescription and are incredibly dismissive when you have to call to get them actually send the script. By the time I got what I needed, my regular doctors office had been open for a day and now I owe hundreds of dollars. My friend had to go a few weeks later and had the same exact experience. Good job taking money from the people who CANNOT afford it and are just trying to survive."

"I brought my girlfriend to the urgent care to have her eyes checked out as well as having her cold checked out. She waited for over an hour before being seen. There was only two other people there at the time of arrival. Not to mention the lady at the front desk was very disrespectful to another patient right in front of everyone in the waiting room. Upon arriving she checked in and was then put into a room, a room where the door did Not closed completely. She also noticed that it was very dirty in the room. The white paper on the bed you arsuppose to sit on was not new like normal. All you have to do is pull the white paper down and tear it off so it's new/clean. There were clumps of hair all over the bedding area. The worst part though is that the doctor came in after a Looooong wait, just to examine her for literally less than one minute and then proceeds to leave, an he didn't even check out her eye issue. I'm not one to go out the way to make someone look bad but I have to say that this is the worst urgent care I've ever visited. To top it All off, the URGENT CARE MANAGER felt the need to go out of her way to call not once, not twice, but 3 times now and even went as far as to leaving a message!!!!! Maybe if they put half of the energy that their using to save their reputation and good reviews, verses trying to maintain their reputation by calling and leaving messages on my girl's phone, they may have a better review by myself. This is an open area to leave a review, but for the manager to go out the way to get my girls number to then call numerous times, is somewhat intimidating as well as unheard of. I don't know why they feel the need to continue to call but I was always told that if you call more than 2 times then it's harassment and it's starting to feel that way for her so hopefully the calls will stop and they will focus on what we really matters which is there customer service"

"Perfect place if you want to sit and wait for an hour and a half to then be seated in a room that has clumps of hair on the bed where you’re supposed to sit and wait. Not to mention they didn’t change the sheet before I went in as it was stained, brown hair everywhere. I then waited for another 30 minutes in an unsanitary room to have the doctor see me for quite literally 60 seconds. The doctor didn’t even address the things I had mentioned to him. My eye and my lungs. He didn’t look at my eye or even mention it, never looked at my files. He told me I have bronchitis and left it at that. He then sent a nurse in who was the only nice staff in that place with paperwork. I was told nothing about possible side effects, I wasn’t asked about medication allergies ( what if I was allergic?!) they don’t care about your health, they seemed like they just wanted to go home in fact I heard the lady at the front say “ I just want to go home.” If you hate your job that much, leave and go. awful experience and I will never be going back."

"Excellent facility & care from "Cleo" the Administrative staff to RN, Drs. Being new to a strange environment and as sick as i was the kindness and professionalism frm nurses is so important, i was put me at ease immediately. Well maintained, clean, short wait, i wld definately recommend CCUC to all. Thank You."

"This is the best Urgent Care facility I have ever been to. Even with all the current sickness, wait was less than 30 minutes. Efficient, qualified staff. Some test results immediate and the rest back in 6 hours. Affiliated with Hyannis hospital so all records coordinated."
